Cancellation policy
Please review our refund terms before registering. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to anushadsouza@techwillow.ca at least 5 business days before the start date. We’re unable to process refund requests over the phone.
Partial refund
A 20% non-refundable administration fee applies to cancellations made up to 5 business daysbefore the camper’s start date, provided the written request is received at least 5 business days in advance.
No refund
- Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the camper’s start date.
- Campers who do not attend camp.
- Once the program has begun, as resources are already committed for the camper’s participation.
- If a camper is sent home due to inappropriate or harmful behaviour.
- Facility closures due to weather warnings.
